I have two golden sex links who are in their second summer with me, so they are almost 3 years old.

These two have never molted since I have had them. They have old ratty feathers in their tails and on the mound above their tails. They have gotten some new wing and body feathers.

Why would they not molt? They have been fed, until the changes I am making now, Manna Pro Eggmaker.

Chickens generally molt by their second autumn. Some lose most their feathers over a short period of time, making them look almost bald. Others lose them gradually and replace them so that you almost wouldn't notice. I wonder if that's what's going on with yours??

I reckon it's possible, but they have some tail and wing feathers that were there when they came to me.
Just worryin' is all.

Doesn't anyone have an idea of what could be wrong?

If they were pullets just starting to lay when you got them, then they haven't reached their second autumn yet. The first adult molt is generally around when they hit 18 months.
