Question regarding giant jerseys & nesting boxes

Yes, they will be just fine with a slightly larger box.

Yes, but the curved sides make the height even smaller.

Considering my brahmas routinely CHOOSE the smallest nest boxes, I don't think it's an issue.

And the curve doesn't affect the height. It's the same diameter.

They will litterally lay anywhere. Mine lay on shelves, desks, in large tubs, in planters.

Behind the wood pile, middle of the yard, half under a boulder....sometimes dropping one in the dark while roosting....yeah. hens will lay eggs in all sorts of places.

It does. The sides are shorter than the middle....as long as they aren't rolling around!
