I just checked out your link...boy your right, they do look alot like Black wyandottes ( they have no combs (at 9 weeks) and are of the same color).
I will be patient and wait a little longer...

Judging from the comb structure and enlarged nostrils, I'd say these are La Fleche. Might also explain why they're not friendly. Generally, Aussies are VERY friendly. See pics here: http://www.feathersite.com/Poultry/CGK/LaFleche/BRKLaFle.html
