Question Regarding Natural Hatching Season (PHX, AZ)

In what season/part of the year should I allow my hens to hatch eggs on their own, outside, in Phoenix AZ area?

I would think the spring to early summer would be a good time going with how hot Arizona can get. However, I live in Virginia and I had a hen hatch a clutch of eggs in late November when it was below freezing, so as long as you have a good source of water, housing, and food, she should be fine hatching.
