I've got this one splash Wyandotte pullet that has WHITE earlobes and the rest of the girls(splash & otherwise) just have red. I am just wondering if anyone knows why this could be?

Genetics. She inherited that from her parents.

The red earlobe color comes from the membrane being so thin you can see the blood underneath. The white comes from pigment being deposited there. It has nothing to do with egg shell color. I have mutts with white earlobes that lay brown eggs.

If you are interested, this site has an explanation. Look under earlobe color genetics.
