I do not believe so.
I have two profiles myself.

Sometimes people forget their password and instead of just requesting a new password they make a whole new account.
Sometimes people just have multiple personalities.

We do not object to members having multiple accounts as long as none of them are being abused.

Well mental disorders (Sybil?) aside, I see responses in threads now and then that make me suspect it is the same person responding under two or more screen names. Same person carrying on a conversation with themselves, for or against a position. Doesn't matter, but helps to know if it's allowed and possible. If so, and is going on, it would explain a lot.

I've seen this exact thing too.
I make a mental note but carry on as usual. Something is obviously wrong.
