Can chickens lie down on their back? Just curious

Usually when a chicken is on its back it is a result of a neurological problem.

Sometimes my chickens half lay on their when sun bathing but never just lay on them.... unless it's my rooster Zep when I'm holding him (he likes to be held like a baby

You can if you want, but it's best not to, IMO.
Can interfere with their breathing.

Yeah I wouldn't do it a whole bunch. Zepp is just odd so I do it when he asks. I don't do i to many of my chickens, only when supper cuddles and love is needed.

Aww how sweet. Yeah basically some chickens are cool with it and others are like what the heckers lol
