How well do Silkies do in cold weather? 3 of my baby chicks are silkies. I read they didn't do well but then when my husband and I went to buy some chicks for the first time the man said they did fine.

I personally don't have any but I know of people here in upstate NY that keep them without issue. They may need supplemental heat if the tempt drops sub-zero.
