My husband had to literally pulled one of our isa browns off our oegb. He said she had s hold of our oegb comb and wouldn't let go. There are two of our ISAs that are bulling only one of our oegb. My question do you separate the bullied hen from the others or do separated the 2 bullies?

I'd seperate the bullies. If you remove the girl who is being bullied, she will have to be reintroduced to the flock, including the bullies.

Is the oegb your only bantam?
Check her over good to make sure she isn't injured, ill, or weak.Make sure she isn't suffering from lice or mites. Weakness/ illness will make her a target.

No we have 2 oegbs and one mille fluer duccle. Thanks

Has this been an on going problem or did it start recently? We're they all raised together? How old are the members of your flock?

You have plenty of space, so I guess the next step is to seperate the bullies. You'll want them out of sight of the flock. After a couple of weeks, you can try reintroducing them. I hope it solves your problem. If not, you may need to seperate them permanently.

It's only been going on a couple of weeks. The oegbs and mille fluer were raised together and our 4 isas came a month or so later. The oegbs and mille fluer will be a year in July and the isa browns will be a year in October.

It sounds like the isa want to move up in the pecking order.
They will probably start the behavior again when reintroduced.

So what if anything can we do. If they would possibly start up again when reintroduced. How long does the pecking order go on?
I've rehomed a couple of hens in the past, because they were bullies. They were sweet to me, and beautiful hens, but they made the flock miserable.
They mounted and chased other hens, an caused stress for the flock and myself. I had a good rooster, and they submitted to him, but they continued to bully meeker hens. I finally found them another home. It was a good decision for my flock.
I would only suggest you rehome as a last resort. Make sure you have extra waterers and feeders available.
You should try to seperate & reintroduce before you make any decisions.
You can also try separating your flock into standard and bantam flocks.
