Ive seen that once with chickens that they hatched ok but most times they dont.

I'm pretty sure that's what happens if you hatch a "double yolk" egg.. . but I'm far from sure that 2, or even 1 healthy chick is likely to result. ..

I candled before I set my eggs...I kid you not...I could see "two" things floating in the egg...it was a large egg from my EE....so am waiting to see.

I went to you tube and typed in 2 chicks hatching...and saw a few clips. One lady said her's did survive, but know its hard for them too.

well then i must have been lucky. I had 12 quail eggs last night and 11 today but two baby quail...strange
