I have a California White rooster he is the head rooster...he is almost 18 weeks old...and quite the hen hopper if ya know what i mean...I noticed this evening he had some faint red on his neck feathers under where his wattles are....I haven't noticed any problem with any other roo or hen....I don't know what this is from....they did not free range today but were out in the outdoor run.....we only let them free range when we are home....anyone know what this could be?

Testosterone. Check his legs and vent. Bet you find it there too
