I would let the bator adjust for a bit by itself after you take the turner out 30-60 minutes unless the temp drops below 96 or goes above 101 befor adjusting it your self after the turner is out the bator should be able to adjust to the lost heat from the moter or whatever .

Set incubator in lock down last night.

Had to adjust the temp several times but got it pretty close to temp.
