I have a bantam roo that has been sick and today i seen that he has a red eye what does that mean ? can anyone help with this please and thank you .

Can you post a pic... Is the eye itself red or the skin around it. Any other symptoms..swelling....watery eye.... Not eating... Skin color..... What does poo look like....
