Hey everyone! This is my first time raising chickens and I had a quick question... Sometimes when I go to go into my chicken enclosure, one of my girls will sit in front of the doorway and when start to come in she just crouches done and puts her wings up a little and so I have to push her out of the way. Is that normal????

Oh yes!!! That means they are mature. Hens do that because they think you are their rooster. It tells the rooster "I will not resist". It's also wayyy easier to catch them when they do that. [IMG]
