Yes you need to separate the males. Breeding season is here and the males will fight for the attention of the hen. Even if they didn't two males trying to breed one female would be too much for her.
 
It is always better to seperate the males, but if they are all out of the same hatch and have been together sinse birth they will probably be alright until you can arrange to split them up. keep a close eye on them. Best bet is to get another hen and seperate them into 2 pair.
