Hey can anyone tell me what I could feed chickens for the day? I forgot to get chicken feed today and the feed store just closed at 6 and they don't open on Saturdays so any advice?

I had the same problem for three days in a row! The only thing I can think of is just anything! Kitchen scraps, pasta, bread, apple peel etc!

Time to clean out the fridge and cupboards. At the grocery store you can go to the bulk bins and pick up some wheat berries, sunflowers, lentils, peas, oats,... they'll live.
