Questions about Call Ducks

I want to get a pair of call ducks this spring. But I live in the suburbs and I heard females are really loud. I have no experience with call ducks. Is one female call duck loud enough to piss off your neighbor? I live at the corner of the street so I only have one bright next to me.
Another question,
Are call ducks winter hardy without any electrical heat? I live in Minnesota and it can get down to -30.
Can call ducks live with bigger breeds of duck like the Peking?

I Have 10 Females & Can Tell You They Are LOUD ! I'm Not Sure How Quiet Just 1 Would Be. We Are In Colorado & Mine Have Done Great Through Our Winter . They Seem To Prefer To Be Outside Instead Of Their House , I Don't Use Heat For Them. I Wouldn't Try Them With Larger Ducks Due To Their Size And If Not In A Covered Pen They Will Fly Away...

Yes, under certain environmental conditions; the ratio for each breed should be more than adequate, and each breed should have sufficient space to roam. A lack of both will create an onset of problems.

If all of their primary flight feathers are clipped they shouldn't be able to fly over anything, mine can jump like 2 feet up in the air.
