1. I'm incubating a single guinea egg in the bator (Brinsea 20 Advance). I have successfully hatched chickens before, never tried guineas. Are guinea eggs harder to candle?
I found it pretty easy to see the progress of similarly colored chicken eggs than this guinea egg. I never saw the high-contrast veins like I did in chickens, but before an incident, it was clearly developing. But not with the huge veins I saw in the chickens.
Is this just me, or are the veins harder to see?
How do I take pictures of the eggs? My pictures never show any detail at all while I'm candling in the dark. What's the trick like in the guides (good examples of day by day candling)?
