I got six Cayuga ducks last month and one sadly passed away in the first few days, but the others are going strong. I would like to know what to feed them. I have some Mazuri Waterfowl Maintainence and cracked corn. they eat the Mazuri and have not tried the cracked corn yet. They ate some yellow peppers, and I wanted to start them on a diet of greens. They also have eaten crickets too. SO not to keep blabbing on here are my questions.

1. What do I feed them?

2. When do they start to lay eggs?

3. Do these ducks really not fly far?(I had two mallards last year who took off in September)

4. Where can i sell the eggs when they hatch?(I love ducks but I don't want a whole city of ducks, five is enough)

Thanks in advance.

1. You can feed them some spinach or cabbgage
2. Anywhere from 14-17 weeks
3.They can only fly a couple feet at best
4. You could try going to a market place or put a ad in the paper.

1. Ducklings should eat chick starter(non-medicated). I feed adults our layena layer or whatever it's called.
2. 5-7 months.
3. My hen can get up pretty far and can go for about 10ft.
4. CRAIGSLIST... It is amazing......
