Questions about Guineas. Coop is finished! Keets were moved out today.

Great! Ideal messed up my order AND I owe them money because they changed their prices at the last moment.
This is the LAST time I'm ordering from them. I'm calling customer service after noon because they aren't open right now.

Wow... that's crappy. The person that took your order is responsible for the mess up, not you. I'd be slightly upset too

Sorry to hear about the hassles, I know you want your baby keets ASAP, but Thanks for the heads-up that you're having a problem with that company. Hopefully THEY will make it right and make sure you are a happy customer.

I wasn't expecting to have this many.. The biggest brooder is an inside one and I was hopeing to use the outside brooder but its about half the size of the one inside!

And another thing bad is that big brooder is about 10 steps away from my bed!

LOL but they are pretty quiet for a while. Just soft little peeps and lots of Jack Booting. (hard thumping noises from when they run around) My 30 grew out of their BIG tub in about three weeks. Plenty of time to build a bigger one outside.

LOL bet they throw in a few extras too

Rubbermade and Sterilite bins/tubs like deb mentioned make pretty decent brooders (I have 8 of them that I cut holes in the lids and then zip tied hardware cloth onto for ventilation), you may have to divide up your batch into 2 tubs tho. Keets are very active, need lots of room and they outgrow the bins in a week or 2, so yep... you better get to building!

I still haven't got the Keets yet... I can't beleive they didn't come today.
