Questions about introducing new bantams into my flock.

I don't know if I worded that wrong or not, I received some older bantams. I think around 5-6 months old i think. They have adjusted to my older hen fine. but what I was wondering is how do I get them used to me so I can let them out of the pen in the yard with the rest of the birds

patience and treats, I use meal worms. keep in mind some birds are just flighty and just will not tame.
