I am at lockdown, what should the temp be, my incubator says 35.3, is that to low?

Not fahrenheit right?
I kept mine at around 98 degrees Fahrenheit at lockdown. Humidity around 65%.

After doing a lot of research today i got my incubator at 65% humidity and temp a 37.7 Celsius which is 99.68 degrees
