Questions about my Flock

Right now they are all up on cinder blocks and attached to the wall. There is a piece of plywood on top of them, keeps my faverolles from roosting on them! During the day, I keep one coop door closed so the nest side of the coop is darker.

Any ideas on what to do about my crazy Legbar guarding the pop door?

I wonder if they are too short?
If they are laying on the floor they might not like a 'low ceiling'.

The cochins are newer, correct?
Legbar is bossing the new girls, 'defending' her territory

I put up curtains for more privacy!
@Chickassan I also made the butt dent and left an egg in it. Here's hoping!

Ill find out today. Ill stick around the coop during laying time and see if they approve. I'm hoping that making it darker and more private will entice them!

They'll probably be scared of them at first...ya know, any change is horrible!
