so i was thinking about buyign some bantam hatch eggs from mcmurray hatchery but i though nah,let go see mypetchicken.com since i heard their min order is 3 and that made me rather buy some chicks their and i saw their website and heck i though yeah let buy some more their.

now the question is when i order from then in the spring time do they let us order what breed we want or they pick the breed for us?

You pick the breeds you want and pay for the ones you pick. As with most 3 minimum orders, they will charge you an extra 25 bucks for a heat pack, on top of shipping. If you rehome or re sell them in your area, or get together with someone, might as well order more chicks and not pay for a heat pack. Shipping is usually 15-25 per box, and if you get a heat pack, that ends up to be about 30-40 in shipping for 6-9 dollars of chicks if you only get three.

I say get a whole bunch of 25!!!!

I've dealt with Mypetchicken a few times and always have had a good experience. You can order what you want and get what you want without roosters as "warmers", though with silkies you will get straight run. My chicks have always arrived bright and healthy and I haven't had any die.
