Questions about newly purchased Turkey pair.

Hi I recently purchased a pair of Royal Palm Turkeys. The Hen layed last year so this would be her second year of laying. They are penned up in about a 14X14 fully enclosed pen. How long should it take her to start laying again. The birds seem to be in excellent health. I have only had them for a week or so. Does anyone out there have any experience with Turkeys, specifically moving them and stressing them out like this. I know chickens can take up to a week or more to start laying again. Another thing is they seem really stressed out about being penned up but I dont want them to fly away or start hiding the eggs. I would love any advice you might have!!

I would think they will settle into a routine after a couple more weeks.

Our turkeys hate being penned also.

As soon as I posted this she layed an egg the next day and then again today!!!
