Questions about polish genetics

Forgive me if this has been answered before. I did a search but nothing came up that would answer this[ that I saw]
I am going to seperate my polish colors in the spring. Here is what I have:
white- males and females
white crested blue -males and females
silver laced- all females[???]
buff- male and female [?}
Okay, for the ones I only have 1 sex of, can I breed to a white to get more of the other sex? Isn't white a color that is recessive and would need 2 whites to continue the color?
Anyone know? Thanks!!

Most likely the whites are black under the white so think of the cross with the white as if you were crossing another bird to a black bird(the white).

All of the crosses will produce more black birds that leak non black colors.

If you were to cross the silver laced with a white, you would get black with some white in the hackles, saddles, etc...if it were a white x buff, you would get black with buff in the hackles, saddles, etc, and so on.
