questions about roos

I have 5 6 week old chicks, at least 2 are definately roos
1 leghorn 1 oegb. Hoping the rest are pullet. These 2 are my favourite what can I do with them. I was only going to keep 2 hens will the Leghorn kill the oegb later if I kept them. Can roos be kept freerange without a coop? I Had someone to take the extra hens but not roos.

If I'm understanding your question correctly - I would not have a roo if I couldn't provide him the protection of a coop at night. A roo is in as much danger from predators at night as a hen is.
