Are there regulations for selling quail eggs for consumption? Either fresh or pickled?
I'm just curious, because we hatched out our quail and I'm wanting to know just what areas I can use them in. I know many people like to eat them, but are there people who like to buy and eat quail eggs.
Just curious if there may be a market for fresh or pickled eggs and whether or not there are "rules" for selling them.
