Questions about sick chickens

Hi there. I have a few chickens with different things going on? A few days ago one of my buff orps acted sick, you know puffed up, very still, not running from us...and she had some sores on her legs which we were treating with vaseline...I suspected a possible infection, but now seems to be doing better..eating, running from the other hens.., but I am watching her closely anyways..but now 2 other buffs of mine are acting sick (puffed up, eyes closed, not eating, they sit together, not eating or drinking, and one of them this morning would not get off the perch, so my daughter picked her up to put her down and the chicken vomited yellow-whitish stuff)....I have one other chicken who is sneezing and that is her only symptom and at this point acts like a normal chicken. The other two who are symptomatic have not been sneezing. I cannot tell if they are laying eggs or not since all our chickens share boxes and I am not out there all the time.

We did introduce 2 new chickens to our flock about 3 weeks ago and the one who is just sneezing is one of those. These came from a family member who states they were healthy. Any ideas on what is going on with my flock??
Thanks so much.

Seperate the sick ones immediately! Also, anytime you gt a new chicken, they need to be kept away from the other chickens for 30 days so you can see if anything is wrong. Also seperate the sneezing one. Hopefully someone else will come along that can tell you what the problem is.

Uh Oh. this doesn't sound good. they will likely die, and it seems to be a contagious disease. First, separate them in a warm, clean place, and feed them a nutritious diet, like chick crumble mixed with boiled egg yolk, or something. i'm sorry, but I believe they'll be dead in about a week. I'm so sorry! i hope the disease doesn't spread to your flock. Separate any sick chickens! And yeah, always separate new hens!
