Hello everyone, I had posted about some illness problem in my chickens asking for help identifying what the problem could be.
It was suggested that I get Sulmet as it covers a range of different
illness's. I have just returned from the feed store with the Sulmet,
I plan to use the Sulmet for 6 days so I can be sure I have treated
them good. Now I understand from the bottle that we can't eat or sell the eggs for human consumption while they are being treated with this medication? Can I still use the ACV with giving this medication? I also understand that a lot of illness's will spread so I should treat all my pens correct? Sorry for the questions as I wish to do everything right!

I wouldn't use the ACV with the Sulmet during the treatment period unless you were mixing it into a mash to feed your birds. The ACV may negate the medicinal properties if you mixed it together in their water. You could mix it into a mash for feeding during the treatment period.

Treating them all would be fine, especially if their pens are located close together.

Thank you for replying! Yes all the pens except the tractor is connected. I had assumed most illness's were contagis and spreads easily.
