My hen laid a "rubber" egg. I am pretty sure this means she needs calcium. I have 2 older hens & 2 chicks just over 2 months. I had 8 other chicks but they were all roosters & I just recently traded them for the hens. I am confused about what feed to give them. The hens need laying feed & the chicks on the chick feed. Do I offer both or will almost 3 month old chicks be okay with adult feed?? Here are some pix of the "rubber" egg. Sorry they would not load in order.

1 soft shelled egg doesn't mean you have a nutritional deficiency. Probably just a glitch in the hen. Sometimes just happens. If it continues then you may want to supplement calcium and/or vit D.
As far as the feed, you probably want to wait about another month to start the younger birds on layer feed. So you can offer all of them a flock raiser or starter feed till then. And offer something like oyster shell as a supplement on the side for the older hens.
