Questions needing answers!!

I'll start.

I have one chick which is smaller than the other and the bigger ones are bullying it any idea what i should do ??

Can you separate them? Maybe put some of the quieter ones with the small ones. Chickens can be bad that way. There may even be something wrong with the small one
