questions on breeding

I have a barred rock roo that 18 weeks old. He is starting to mate with the girls. My question is if he mates with my RIR's what would the babies look like if I hatch some out next spring? Will they be sex link? I know that if you mate a RIR roo with a BR hen you get sex link but what about the other way around?

No sex links on that mating. Most likely chicks will all be barred. I suppose you could get some red barred if you're lucky.

you would get all Barred offspring with maybe some leaking Gold/Red in the hackles, saddle and wings.
