Questions on Chicken eggs at 22 days and how to do Quail eggs????

Ok, we are on day 22 of our hatch. Six of the 10 hatched and one of the four left had pipped, but then nothing. I see no movement and am assuming now that these four are not going to make it. Any advice on this would help a lot.... I had no sucess before on candling, so I don't know how much longer to wait.

And we have quail eggs now - coturnix - and need to get the bator ready for that. They are fine now but need to go in by tomorrow. What temps and humidity levels do I look for. I was told they hatch sooner than chicken - is this right.

Humidity temp same as chickens stop ur turning at 14 days....they're supposed to hatch out on day 17-18
