Hello,
yesterday one of my girls had a swollen eye that had bubbles and pus coming out of the inner corner. I immediately separated her from the flock and called up a local chicken farm to ask for advice.
The farmer suggested that I go to the feed store and inject her with 1.5ml of Tylan 50, then wait a week and see if she gets better. Then if she doesn't get better, give her another injection.
But I've been reading other thread posts and some people recommend giving injections everyday for 3 or 7 days.
What's the best way to go about this? Give her one large injection and wait, or multiple injections over a few days?
