Questions on isolating my pecked hen

So you don't think the other two will pick on the Polish hen? I'll give that a try. Thanks!
The only way to know is keep an eye on them. I just think it's better to have to reintegrate the bully than the bullied. Also, when you put that bully back in the flock, watch her. If she starts picking again, you may want to reevaluate whether or not she is a good member to keep in your flock.

Part of my original question was on total or partial isolation. I have read where people do both. Is bringing the isolated hen back to the coop in the evening a good idea or bad idea?

I had some pecked hens who were pecked mostly just under stress that I bought from an auction. 3 had missing feathers and 1 of those 3 was bleeding. I kept them in the run, but isolated from the other hens with panels. I kept them in the coop at night, but in a kennel so they were safe. Once the wounds were scabbed over, I started letting them in with the other hens and everything worked out great! If they are drawing blood, you have to be most careful, but my smallest one is at the bottom of the pecking order and she knows it! She isn't harmed though!
