Questions on Sex-Linked Breeding

New to chicken genetics and finding it confusing so wanted to clear up some things.

I have gold laced Barnevelder roo and was wondering:

1) If I bred him with a Barred Cuckoo Maran hen would I get black sex-linked chicks?

2) What would occur -if anything- if he is bred with a Copper Black Maran?

3) Which are the better hen breeds to bred him with for red sex-linked chicks?


I'm trying to work off of image below but still finding genetics confusing.

2) The offspring would be essentially the same color as their mother.
3 Frankly, I don't know which chicks are easiest to identify when it comes to silver gold sexlinks. In many cases, silver and gold chicks look quite similar to me.
