Like I stated before, I do most moving poultry that way. I generally have been using the winghold paired with body support. Just couldn't accomplish that in the images. Despite having multiple children, I still haven't grown that extra set of arms yet.I carry my birds like the diagram FFM posted. Like a backwards football. I would imaging holding a bird by the wings (shoulders), could cause injury if the started flapping. I pick them up using the two hands holding wings down method.
