First, what color in the chicken calculator is black/red (for my welsummers)? Crossed to my splash ee roo I got chipmunk chicks (SO cute!)
Second, I thought 2 of the eggs I had incubated were from my australorpe (also crossed to the splash ee roo) BUT both chicks came out a really light buff/yellowish color - I think they may be white. So obviously it couldn't have been my australorpe (according to the chicken calculator)... could it be the golden comet? Or even my BLRW - she's actually a splash blrw though?
My cuckoo maran crossed with my splash ee gave me the cutest blue chicks! 2 look like they'll be barred - can't tell on the third yet.
