First time hatching eggs.. so we have one that's fully hatched and 4 others that have pipped but not hatched.. so as I have read the hatched chicken can survive 24 hrs.. so my question is what to do if within the 24 hrs the pipped eggs don't hatch and we need to take the already hatched chicken out? This is in a incubator as well

If the chicks are nice and dry, QUICKLY remove them and put themin the brooder. I usually have someone get the lid off for me n so it can imnediately be put back on so temp n humidity doesnt suffer
