1. What is the best way to introduce new chickens into the flock? We were down to two. A friend has offered us several more. They are all adult. We put two in the coop last night when it was roosting time. Today, they are all skittish and avoiding each other, but not fighting. The new birds are afraid of me. I am trying to woo them by giving them break scraps hoping they will associate me with food.

2. Where can I buy organic chicken feed?
