My little sister wants to make quiche, does anyone have a recipe their willing to share?

This is the one I make.

Quiche

2 deep dish pie shells
8 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
12 oz sausage
16 oz cheese ( mozzarella, moneray jack, swiss, cheddar) any of these or a combination.
Pre heat oven to 350.
Cook sausage, drain.
Put 1/4 of the cheese into the bottom of each pie shell.
Add 1/2 sausage to each and then the other 1/4 cheese to each.
Mix remaining ingredient and pour 1/2 of egg mixture into each pie and bake 50 mins.
