I have just harvested enough french beans to freeze, dug up a load of potatoes. Made 4 and a half pots of rasberry jam and just started off 32 ounces of raspberries to make raspberry vinegar. First time I have had enough to preserve from the allotment.

Oh, lovely! There's nothing quite like your own vegetables from your own garden... And home made jam!
Spring's coming in our part of the world, so I'm planning the garden now. Lots of beans for eating now and freezing, potatoes, corn for the chickens, tomatoes... And we have 6 apricot trees, so lots and lots of jam! Can't wait.
