Quick chicken tractor question

I just finished painting our new chicken tractor and am planning on adding some chickens tomorrow. The coop part is the top of the ark, and the bottom is the run. Its based on the one from the organic gardening website.
Here are the questions:
Should i put the food and water inside the coop, or in the run?
What should go in the coop? Their are already nestboxes. Does it need a perch?

I would say yes to the roost inside. That's where they will want to sleep at night.

If there's room, I'd put the food and water inside. If you only have room for one, I'd put the food inside and the water outside (because food can attract rodents and predators).

If you need to have the food and water outside you will want to make sure they are under cover.

Hey I'm just curious what are the dimensions of your chicken tractor? It sounds like I was building one very similar to yours.

As for the where to put the food and water...I guess I've just seen some that hang the food and water from under the second story so that's just what I had in mind, especially since the top will be crowded already.
