Quick Egg Resting Question

When I get shipped eggs what side do I keep up when they are resting? Any other tips you have for my first time incubating eggs (White Leghorns)?

I saw the post a while ago but now I can't remember which side to put up, I tried the search and couldn't find anything

Store them pointy end down in an egg carton.

I have another question now. How should I place the eggs in the incubator; on their sides or the same way you rest them and flip them that way?

if you have a turner, they go pointy end down. if you are turning by hand they go on their side.
