Quick homemade emergency incubator

Hello - I could really use some quick advise on how to construct a super simple homemade incubator. Our broody hen no longer wants to sit on the nest - she is on and off of the eggs constantly. We are worried as they are beginning to hatch (cracks in the shells and we can hear peeping). We are trying to look up simple incubators and are thinking of using damp sand with a towel over top and a heat lamp. Any quick suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
