ok I have two about 4 month old pullets that I want to integrate into my trio of Bantam Amers. Good idea? Right now I have them in a smaller cage in the pen getting use to eachother.

You are doing the right thing by letting them get to know each other. Once your trio doesn't pay any real attention to the two any longer then you could let them integrate for about an hour before dark. Then the next day do it again for a bit longer. If there doesn't seem to be any problems then you should be able to let them be together full time. There will always be a bit of pecking at first just to establish pecking order but do not allow it to continue if there appears to be serious fighting.
