Quick question on setting up my stuff on here?

I know this might sound stupid to some of you but I have tried for a while to figure out how to do the signature at the bottom of the page and the picture at the side and I have no idea what I am doing or where to go to do this. Can anyone give me some help please?

Go to profile in the top blue bar
The go to the left menue and select Personality
It is there you can change it
