Quick survey question - how much does the average laying chicken eat

Just curious how much everyone's chickens eat in a week - I want to make sure I feed mine enough - I'm using pellets

There are a couple things that effect how much they eat. Free ranging they will eat much less. Ten hens are eating fifty pounds in a month but they are out all daylight hours. I don't have a clue how much they would eat cooped up all the time.
