OK Luna you said surprise you. Well I hope this does surprise you. I wanted it to be a BRIGHT spot in the chemo hazy. It has been

over 10 yrs for me but boy I still remember that hazy. I found the pattern to this block in a file folder of OLD quilt patterns. It was a

news paper clipping from the Kansas Star printed in 1936. All I had was a picture of the block to go on. Like chevybeth math is not my

strong point. But this one was pretty easy

I hope you like it if not I"ll make you a new one in the color of your choice.

It is brighter than the picture shows

Amanda I got my block today
I knew it would be perfect
DH was with me when I got it at the post office and he said
"Look how she has perfect points on those squares". He is becoming quite the critic when he sees the blocks come in the mail. Will post picture when I am on something beside this blackberry phone

So I tried again and picked out 2 sections about 6 times each!! My husband told me it looked fine and I didn't have any more fabric to try again. Anyways I'm glad you liked it. This is so much fun I am offically hooked.
